குடும்ப நல திட்டத்தை மேம்படுத்த பெண் குழந்தை வேண்டாம்
என்ற எண்ணத்தினை கைவிடவும் மற்றும் பெண் சிசு கொலை

பெற்றோருக்கு ஒன்று அல்லது இரண்டு பெண் குழந்தைகள்
இருக்க வேண்டும்.
ஆண் குழந்தை இருக்ககூடாது
பெற்றோரில் ஒருவர் வயது 35-க்குள் இருக்க வேண்டும்.
குடும்பக்கட்டுப்பாட்டு அறுவை சிகிச்சை செய்துக்கொண்டவராக
இருக்க வேண்டும்.
01.04.2005 முதல் ஒரு பெண் குழந்தை
திட்டத்தின்படி மூன்று வயதிற்குள்ளும், இரு பெண் குழந்தைகள்
திட்டத்தின்படி இரண்டாவது பெண் குழந்தை பிறந்த மூன்று
வருடத்திற்குள்ளும் இருக்க வேண்டும்.
குடும்பத்தின் ஆண்டு வருமானம் 2 பெண்களாக இருந்தால்
ரூ.12000/-க்கு மேற்படக்கூடாது.
